GTA 5 "evolves nearly every mechanic" found in previous games in the series.
Features the biggest open world in the series' history - GTA 5's world is bigger than the worlds of Red Dead Redemption, San Andreas and GTA IV combined.
Three playable characters which you can switch between "at nearly any time".
Each character has their own story arc, with all three intertwined.
Camera zooms out to a "Google Earth-style" perspective when switching characters.
Character 1 - Michael, an ex-bank robber in his early 40s who retired after making a deal with the FIB. He has two teenage children and he hates his wife Amanda. He's also the voice you heard on the original GTA 5 trailer.
Character 2 - Trevor, a former war veteran with flight experience, and a "drugged out psychopath".
Character 3 - Franklin, details unknown.
Certain characters from GTA IV and Episodes From Liberty City will also make an appearance. Rockstar's Dan Houser says we'll never see characters from the PS2 era, though. "The five PS2 games are one universe, and this is the high definition universe, so they don't co-exist," he says.
No major actors cast as any of the main characters.
Big advances to lighting and shader model. Greater draw distance.
There will be a "vibrant and fun" economy, but you won't be able to buy property. Heists are a big theme to the game.
Improved vehicle handling and physics - "The cars hold to the ground better... It feels more like a racing game," says Dan Houser.
More vehicles than in any GTA to date, including BMXs, mountain bikes, road bikes, dirt bikes, cars, trucks, helicopters, planes, ATVs and Jet Skis, but vehicle manufacturers are still fictional.
Improved shooting and melee combat. Melee combat "never going to be as big a deal as shooting," though, warns Houser.
Los Santos is described as a "huge and diverse city", combining the best of Red Dead Redemption's "large open expanses" with GTA IV's "densely packed urban environment".
GTA: San Andreas was about gang culture. GTA 5 is about capturing the "contemporary culture of LA".
A variety of different side missions and "more sophisticated" minigames, including yoga, triathlons, Jet Skiing, base-jumping, tennis, and golf. There's a full golf course in the game. You can go scuba diving along the coastline of Los Santos, or do yoga in one of the game's parks.
Each character will have unique hobbies - "one or two key minigame activities per character".
No RPG-like player customization as found in GTA: San Andreas, but you can customize the clothing of each character.
GTA IV's romance feature has been removed.
Players can make friends and hang out with certain NPCs in the game, just like GTA IV.
GTA IV's mobile phone returns, but a lot of its features have been altered. You'll use it to access the internet.
Dynamic missions - hidden missions dotted around the game world. "Going off-road in the desert, you may come across two parked cars and a sea of dead bodies around them... Investigate if you want."

Making the switch
Playing as Franklin, GI meets up with Trevor and Michael, who have already reunited. Mission: perform a snatch-n-grab to get the FIB off their case. Meet at a helipad to pick up civilian chopper FIB is supplying. Trevor is talking to sec guard with Mike pulls up, how he's just standing there while everyone is out having fun, Mike urges him to cal down, but Trevor doesn't listen.
This appears to be Franklin's first encounter with Trevor.
Everyone hops in choppper.
Arrive at IAA HQ (CIA), Franklin is ready with sniper rifle at nearby building, ready to react. Trevor hovers overhead. Players become Michael, who rappels down the side of the sky-scraper to locate the correct office. See into every office, where people are going about busiess. Music ramps up as Michael goes downward.
Michael locates target, smashes threw window, grabs him, holds hostage, points gun at interrogators, then ICON appears to switch
You could either stay in the same role as Michael and wait for Franklin to snipe these guys, or switch to Franklin
You're now Franklin, after a smooth transition, and can snipe the targets
Trevor picks up Michael and the target, helocopter chase ensues, players can either pilot the plane as Trevor, snipe other pilots as Franklin, or fire assault rifle from the back of the chopper as Michael

Dynamic Missions: drive around, see broen-down car or hitchiker on road, you can pull over and see what happens. Go off road in desert, maybe you'll come across two parked cars and a bunch of dead bodies. In Los Santos, if you seee a cash van, you can steal it and make a quick score. Or, catch the mugger who knabbed granny's purse.
Multiplayer: it's there, but reveal at another time. Rockstar pleased with direction.

Gameplay-Entwicklung:

Von Grund auf komplett neu
Autos haben mehr Grip und sind nicht mehr so "bootartig" wie im Vorgänger bzw. ist die Mechanik nun rennspiel-lastiger!
Das Shooting ist auf lange Sicht extrem verändert worden, das komplette look & feel ist anders
Nahkampf: Besser als in der Vergangenheit, man ist gespannt wohin es final gehen wird - es komme schlichtweg auf die verbleibenden Reccoursen an. Man will den Nahkampf jedoch nicht zu lustig und zu mächtig gestalten



Charaktere

Nach GTA 4 und Red Dead Redemption hatte man einfach die Nase von nur einem Charakter voll - auch wenn Niko Bellic und John Marston sicherlich sehr stark waren. Man hatte das Gefühl dass GTA V mit "nur" einem Hauptcharakter nicht gut genug sei, gerade weil Bellic und Marston zwei einprägsame Charaktere waren, so Dan Houser. Daher kam man auf die Idee das Ganze episodisch zu gestalten, mit insgesamt drei Hauptcharakteren zu denen man quasi beinahe zu jeder Zeit hin- und herwechseln kann!

Episodes from Liberty City zeigte bereits die Vorteile der multiplen Perspektiven. Die Stadt fühlte sich einfach völlig anders an wenn man mit einem Jonny Klebitz in einem Helikopter saß, der all den emotionalen Scheiss aus seinem Motorradclub mit sich herumträgt, als die Stadt party-technisch mit Luis Lopez unsicher zu machen.

Das neue Konzept ist sehr herausfordernd, da man nun versuchen muss gleich drei Handlungsstränge interessant zu halten und nicht nur einen. So hat man jedoch die Möglichkeite eine komplexere Geschichte in einer natürlicheren Art und Weise zu erzählen. Man ist so halt nicht gezwungen den Protagonisten durch die ganze Story zu prügeln, spielt als Protagonist und Antagonist zugleich.


Charakter-Profile:

Michael: Ein ehemaliger FBI Agent, der sich aktuell in einem Zeugenschutzprogramm befindet. Er wohnt in einem Haus, ist mit Amanda verheiratet und hat zwei Kinder (Tochter: Tracy, Sohn: Jimmy)

Trevor: Der weiße, kahlköpfige Charakter. Lebt in Blaine County (Wüste). Soll ein Kriegsveteran sein der Flugerfahrung hat. Wird als durchgeknallter Psychopath beschrieben - wohl Nachwirkungen seiner Kriegs-Vergangenheit

Franklin: In der Demo fuhr er in einem 9F (ähnlich Audi R durch die Gegend. Sonst keine Informationen.

Seid überrascht wo sie sich gerade aufhalten wenn ihr zurück zu ihnen wechselt!
Das Wechseln zwischen den Charakteren hat direkte Auswirkung auf die Mission, wie diese Ablaufen wird und man sie empfindet.
Es wird kein Love-Interest bei allen drei Charakteren geben!
Es wird ein dynamisches Zufalls-Missionsprinzip bei Nebenmissionen geben - siehe Red Dead Redemption. Das Prinzip dort hat man übernommen und verbessert/verfeinert.
Der Multiplayer-Part von GTA V wird zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt thematisiert und enthüllt
Charaktere aus GTA 4, The Ballad of Gay Tony und The Lost and Damned werden wiederauftauchen.
Es wird Missionen geben, wo man mit mehreren der drei Hauptcharaktere gleichzeitig dran arbeitet. Man kann zwischen Charakter hin- und herwechseln je nach dem wo man es für angebracht hält (jedoch nicht innerhalb einer Mission!) Bei einem Wechsel zoomt die Kamera google-earth-like in den Himmel und kommt zurück auf den Charakter den man gewählt hat.
Man hat den Fokus auf ein abwechslungsreiches Missionsdesign gelegt, u.a. Raubüberfälle auf Banken, Privatpersonen, etc.
Das Licht- und Schattenmodell wurde signifikant verbessert, ebenso wie die Weitsicht
Minigames wie Yoga, Triathlon, Jet-Skiing, Base-Jumping, Tennis und Golf sind dabei. Es wird einen kompletten Golf-Platz geben.
Es wird ein Wirtschaftssystem geben, man wird jedoch keine Grundstücke kaufen können. Rockstar sagt dazu: Es wird eine Menge anderes Zeug geben!

OK Leute, Butter bei die Fische, wo habe ich mehr von; Xbox360 oder PS3, ich hatte beide und fand auch beide toll.^^

Ich denke die Grafik ist auf der XBox minimal besser.

Und ich würd mir da auch gleich mal ne neue zulegen. matt mit 4gb- das ist bezahlbar.

Dazu noch das Jahresabo -.- Und die Spiele. :/

Aber endlich kann ich ins Xbox-Regal das ich immer heimlich angucke.

Du solltest dir überlegen was du mit NUR einem Gerät hast. Mit der PS3 stehen dir viele türen offen. Ein Bluray player, kannst deine PS3 als Medien Center Nutzen für Fotos, musik und Video(Filme) ob PC verbindung oder Externe Festplatte. Zudem gibt es einige Exclusiv Spiele von Sony wo es sich wirklich lohnt nur dafür ne ps3 zu holen. UC reihe z.B.
Natürlich PSN kostenlos. Kannst Plus mitglied werden und da gibts zurzeit gute spiele für null euro.

Und du hast die Ehre mit mir Online zu zocken. Mehr gründe brauchst du net

Größenwahn ist aber nicht klug. Es kann nur einen Boss geben.^^
