Hallo Hab des gleiche Problem:

Versuchts mal hier mit, bei mir hats geholfen.
Isn Hotfix den müsst ihr in die installationssoftware einfügen
Zur installationssoftware gehts so:

C:\Programme\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 2142

und dan einfach den hotfix einfügen:
