maybe a server problem?
make sure you connect over "T3Fun" (login screen) and your firewall dont block it
if nothing helps you have to delete the game folder in your "my files/my games" folder (not sure what its called in english windows versions) - there should be a "Hellgate" folder which contains your individual settings (not the game folder itself
